Terms of Service
Effective date: May 31, 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fleurish Chicago website and your purchase of flowers, subscriptions, workshops, and related services from Fleurish Chicago (“Fleurish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order or create an account.
Orders and Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax.
- Prices, products, and availability may change at any time without notice.
- An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel or correct the order and refund any amount charged.
Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time you place your order. Payment card details are collected and tokenized by that provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including products, delivery, and tax.
Substitutions
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Specific stems, colors, and vessels may not always be available. We reserve the right to substitute flowers and containers of equal or greater value, and any substitution will reflect the original design’s style, color palette, and overall value.
Delivery and Pickup
- We deliver within our published Chicago-area delivery zones. You can check availability by ZIP code on our website.
- Delivery fees are calculated by distance and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Standard deliveries are made Tuesday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM, and Saturday between 10 AM and 4 PM. There is no delivery on Monday.
- For same-day delivery, place your order by 11 AM CST, Tuesday through Friday. For Saturday or Sunday same-day, please call the shop.
- We require an accurate recipient name, address, and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- If no one is available to receive a delivery, the courier may leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact the recipient. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
- Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled during severe weather or circumstances outside our control.
Changes and Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact the shop as early as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery date, and at least 48 hours’ notice during major holidays. Once an arrangement has been designed or dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Quality Guarantee and Refunds
- We stand behind our flowers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of an arrangement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a credit, or a refund.
- Because flowers are perishable and made to order, we generally do not offer refunds on completed arrangements outside of a quality concern.
Subscriptions
- Flower subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence you choose (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) using the payment method on file.
- You may pause, skip, change, or cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting the shop. Changes apply to future deliveries, not to a delivery already in production.
- Subscription arrangements are designer’s choice and follow the season.
Workshops and Events
Workshop tickets and event bookings may be subject to their own deposit, scheduling, and cancellation terms, which we will share at the time of booking. Event proposals and quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Gift Messages and Recipient Contact
By placing an order for delivery to another person, you confirm that you have the right to provide that person’s contact information for the purpose of completing the delivery. We may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.
Intellectual Property
The Fleurish Chicago name, logo, designs, photographs, and website content are owned by Fleurish Chicago and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleurish Chicago is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
