Shipping and Delivery

Fleurish Chicago delivers fresh flowers across the Chicagoland area, same-day when you order by 11 AM, Tuesday through Friday. Delivery is also available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in set windows.

• Delivery fee is based on distance from our Bronzeville shop, from $20 within two miles up to $75 for the farthest areas. The exact fee is shown at checkout. Monday deliveries include a small surcharge.
• Delivery windows: Tuesday to Friday, 11 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 7 PM. Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM. Sunday, 1 PM to 3 PM. Monday, 11 AM to 3 PM.
• Free pickup is available at the shop. Pickup orders are ready within two hours, and orders placed overnight are ready by noon.
• Please double-check the delivery address. Redelivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional fee.

Returns and Freshness Guarantee

Because our flowers are fresh and arranged to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind every stem.

• If your flowers arrive damaged or are not fresh, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo, and we will replace the arrangement.
• Personalized items, including the Custom Newspaper Bouquet Wrap, cannot be returned once made, except in the case of our error.
