SMS and Text Messaging

Fleurish Chicago sends text messages for two purposes: order updates to customers who ask for them, and internal operational alerts to our own team. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell or share your mobile number. This page explains exactly how you opt in, what we send, how often, and how to stop.
The messages we send
- Order updates (customers): transactional updates about an order you placed with us, such as when it is out for delivery or has been delivered or picked up. Order updates only, never marketing.
- Operational alerts (our team): our own staff receive internal alerts, for example when a website visitor asks for help through our website chat and needs a person to respond.
How you opt in
Customer order updates
When you place an order at fleurishchicago.com, you reach the checkout page, enter your own mobile number in the Phone field, and check an optional box directly beneath it. This is exactly how that part of the checkout form looks:
The box is not checked by default, as shown above. You must actively check it to consent. Consent is never a condition of purchase: you can complete an order with the box left unchecked, and in that case we never text you. Providing your own number and checking that box is your express consent to receive order-update texts for that order.
Team operational alerts
Members of the Fleurish Chicago team opt in by entering their own mobile number in our internal admin settings, on a form that discloses they will receive operational alert texts and can reply STOP to opt out. Only the person who owns the number enters it, which is their express consent. Numbers are never added by anyone else.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity or, for team members, on shop operations. There is no fixed schedule and no recurring marketing series.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Privacy
We will never sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing, and text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
