We offer both! Our "Designer’s Choice" option allows us to use the freshest, most beautiful stems available in the market that day. However, we love bringing a specific vision to life. If you have a particular color palette or flower in mind—such as a specific rose or lily—please contact us 48 hours in advance so we can source the perfect stems for you.

Nature is unpredictable! If a specific bloom is unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value that maintains the aesthetic or color palette.

While we can certainly fulfill requests for arrangements that avoid specific flowers. Many common flowers and foliage can be irritants or toxic if ingested by animals. We recommend that pet owners consult with a veterinarian or a professional resource like the ASPCA for a definitive list of safe plants for their specific pets. Fleurish Chicago is not liable for any illness or injury resulting from a pet's interaction with our floral products; the responsibility for keeping arrangements out of reach of curious pets ultimately lies with the owner.

To ensure stability, all vased arrangements are delivered secured within a travel box. For our signature wrapped bouquets, stems are transported with a temporary water source to maintain hydration and freshness until they can be placed in a permanent vase.

Because we work with fresh, living products, no two arrangements are identical. While we strive to match the spirit, color palette, and scale of the photo, specific blooms may vary based on daily market availability and seasonal shifts.

To keep your flowers fresh, follow these three steps:
Hydrate: Change the water every two days with cool, clean water.
Trim: Use sharp shears to trim about half an inch off the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them back in the vase.
Placement: Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit (which releases gases that cause flowers to wilt).
