  • Our delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our Bronzeville studio. Standard delivery within our primary zones typically ranges from $15 to $40. You can view the exact delivery fee for your recipient’s zip code at checkout.

  • Deliveries are typically made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday & 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Sundays For same-day delivery, please place your order by 9:00 AM CST. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available business day.

  • While we strive to accommodate timing requests, we cannot guarantee specific minute-by-minute delivery times. However, for a small additional priority fee, we can offer a guaranteed 4-hour delivery window (e.g., 10 AM – 2 PM). Please contact us before ordering to arrange priority timing.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will look for a safe, shaded spot (such as a porch or with a doorman) to leave the arrangement. We will always leave a text message or door tag for the recipient. If no safe location is available, we will bring the flowers back to the studio and contact you to arrange a redelivery (a redelivery fee may apply).

  • Accuracy is key to a successful surprise! If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us immediately. If the flowers are already out for delivery or have been delivered to the address provided, a redelivery fee or a replacement fee will be required to send a fresh arrangement to the new location.

  • Being in Chicago, we are used to the elements! However, your flowers' health is our priority. In cases of extreme heat (above 90°F) or extreme cold (below 25°F), we will not leave flowers outside. If the recipient isn't home during these conditions, we will attempt to leave them with a neighbor or return them to the studio for a safer delivery time.(a redelivery fee may apply).

  • Yes. We deliver to major Chicago medical centers (e.g., UChicago Medicine, Northwestern), local colleges, and funeral homes. For these deliveries, please provide the room number, department, or funeral service time to ensure the flowers reach the correct location promptly.

  • For buildings with a front desk or doorman, we will leave the arrangement there and notify the recipient. If the building requires direct access and the recipient is not answering, we will contact you for further instructions.

  • We do! Please ensure the school’s front office accepts deliveries for students or faculty. Most schools require deliveries to be dropped off at the main office or security desk; we recommend scheduling these for the morning to ensure they arrive before the school day ends.

While our studio is proudly rooted in the Bronzeville neighborhood, we offer same-day Valentine’s Day delivery across the entire City of Chicago. Whether you are sending a luxury arrangement to a home in Hyde Park, an office in the Loop, or a residence in Lincoln Park or Wicker Park, our team ensures your blooms arrive in pristine condition. Because Valentine's Day is a high-volume holiday, we recommend pre-ordering by February 7th to secure your delivery window, though we do offer same-day service throughout the city as availability allows.
