Refunds & Policies

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If your flowers do not arrive fresh or are damaged during transit, please contact us at info@fleurishchicago.com or 312-291-1431 within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot offer resolutions after the 24-hour window, but we will work quickly to provide a replacement or a solution for any immediate quality issues.

  • If an arrangement is found to be below our quality standards within that 24-hour window, we will offer one of the following:

    • Replacement: We will deliver a fresh arrangement of the same value at no additional cost to you.

    • Partial Credit: If only a specific portion of the arrangement is underperforming, we may offer a store credit for a future order.

    • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Once an arrangement has been designed or is out for delivery, we cannot offer a refund.

    • Subscription Orders: Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time with 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled delivery.

    • Holiday Orders: During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), cancellations require 48 hours' notice due to the high volume of specific flower sourcing.

  • Fleurish Chicago is not responsible for the health of flowers that have been:

    • Left outside in extreme Chicago weather (heat or cold) after a successful delivery.

    • Placed in direct sunlight, near heaters, or under air vents.

  • Once an order has been confirmed and prepared, changes or cancellations may not be possible. For advance orders, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate requests when timing allows.

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, incorrect information, or recipient unavailability, additional delivery attempts may require an added fee. In some cases, the order may be returned to the studio for pickup

  • Delivery changes or rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible. Same day changes cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

  • Refunds are not offered on floral arrangements or services. However, if there is a concern related to quality or condition upon delivery or pickup, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

  • Quality concerns may include issues such as broken stems, severely wilted flowers, or damage that occurred during delivery. Natural variations in flowers, color differences, or personal preference do not qualify as quality issues.

  • Yes. Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or supply constraints. Any substitutions will reflect the original design style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.

  • While we guarantee that flowers leave our studio fresh and properly conditioned, we cannot guarantee longevity once flowers are in the recipient’s care. Proper care significantly impacts how long flowers last.

  • In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop due to extreme Chicago weather or an emergency, all ticket holders will receive the option of a full refund or a priority credit for the rescheduled date.

  • Because we source premium, perishable blooms specifically for each attendee, all workshop ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable—you may send someone in your place. Please notify us of the name change at least 24 hours before the event. If you cannot find a replacement, you may contact us to arrange a pickup of your floral kit and materials within 24 hours of the scheduled class.
